so far really different from the show and i love it

so far i’m pretty invested in Liz’s and Kate’s fight and what will happen.

I like how slow but fantastic the world building is. It makes me feel like i’m going to be transported into the world. The overall writing too makes me feel all cozy and makes me want to just get hot tea and read this by the window all day.

So far I like how Simon is narrating with a sort of self deprecating way that makes it more relatable to teenagers now.

it’s barely starting but it’s really interesting. how the main character doesn’t see himself as a typical human and the odd one out
