I meant to post this review a few days ago. It seems my car cassette deck ate another tape; and, just like the last time, I was roughly 2/3 or more toward finishing the book to which I was listening.
I was enjoying this book, too. Much easier for a simple man like myself to follow than I expected. Looking forward to acquiring a new copy (audio or print, doesn't matter) as soon as possible so that I may finish it.

Started reading Oliver Twist this weekend. Loving it already!
Hoping to finish in a couple months, so I can start reading A Christmas Carol over the holidays.

Jack London at his best! The Sea Wolf quickly became a new favorite of mine before the scene even left San Francisco Bay. Like Humphrey Van Weyden, himself, the reader is abducted into the adventure of a lifetime.

Up to Ch. XVII now and still loving it.

Just finished Chapter 10. I was enraptured by this book immediately and am still enjoying ir, even moreso than any previous London stories I've read; and I've read several.

The author utilizes extensively his skills in Latin, French, and even a bit of Spanish; and, although I find myself lacking in my multilingual abilities, I still found this story quite enjoyable.

Working on Chapter 6 this weekend, Inverse Circular Functions and Trigonometric Equations.
(oh joy. lol)

Studying for test on Chs. 4-5, Graphing & Identities. Praying I solve quickly and don't blank.

I got a good chunk read recently and now I'm nearly finished.

Chapter 48. Trying to get r done.

Evidently, I did hardly any reading at all this weekend. I did manage to get a few chapters closer to the end; so now I'm on forty-seven.

I made it to chapter thirty and passed the halfway mark. Still enjoying this nice story.
