finally some downtime to read a book ! 🫣

so far, i’m very confused because some reviews sais this was science fiction. but clearly, there hasn’t been anything “science fiction” about the book, merely a character-driven book ? 😆 but i’m not mad (def not bc science fiction isn’t a favorite genre of mine)

A slow start, but this page gave me the rush of excitement 🥹🫣

WOAH this book’s got a lot of great lines, funny how several of them come from hijiri’s drunken state

I am hoping for more (& quicker) development from the main character though :>
