Deeply happy to have started this book, suggested to me by the owner of the ChickLit bookshop in Vienna…luscious and vibrant story telling across multiple geographies (London, Montreal, Lagos), with a strong rhythmic style and gorgeous insights into the complexities of human relationships. Compelled to consume this text at every opportunity.

Such a prescient selection for our book club, so many on point topics for what we are going through in this country today. So many astute observations about the country we live in, it’s lies and coverups, and the nature of so many of its sins.

Intriguing central premise, and having the main character labeled ‘a prairie witch’ is enough to suck me in initially.
