Simply trying to get to the meat of the book.

It’s enough to transition between storytellers/perspectives but between time periods too it gets to be a lot when you don’t connect with the characters.

I almost prefer Henry could share this with Addie in a story. I feel like the author didn’t know who to write the story about.

It’s getting somewhere - but gosh that took a while.

I want to like this more than I do. But 26% in and I can’t see the journey ahead. Noting I am reading this slowly, but I was not given a reason to keep reading. It’s easy to put down.
