after reading this series in full, i wonder if wolfe's emotional reaction to khalila asking about the iron tower is bc his mother and father are there.

i still think khalila and jess should've been a thing. the chemistry is there.

rereading this book series is a comfort

trying this book again while i wait for my christmas book haul.
