This book is fascinating. I admit that I don’t usually care for economics books and find the whole subject dry because I’m bad with numbers. But this book brings a whole new perspective to why so-called ordinary Germans didn’t resist the Nazi regime because of what was in it for them—aka, comprehensive social and economic benefits.

I can't stop reading this but I don't necessarily *like* it. It has literary value for sure, and it's well-written but idk if it's for me.
