Started this yesterday and am gripped by it already. Loved The Rosary Girls. It had the same effect on me as this book is starting to have. I loved the characters and the story of that book (It's one of the best crime novels I've read) so I'm pleased that I've carried on with Montanari's Byrne and Belzano books after Skin God's which didn't impress me very much.

Funny so far but his anecdotes aren't in the class of say a Brian Blessed. ;)

Actually pretty enjoyable stuff now
