Better now!

Heading into surgery soon, and after that will be an hour of recovery and I have the rest of the day off work and tomorrow too. All that to say, I might finish this book tomorrow evening which would be kind of cool.

The writing style (and main character) is half cute - half annoying thus far…we’ll see how this goes. At least it’s easy to read and I’ll be able to tear through it on my way to completing my reading challenge.

16 pages left and the most dramatic event in the book was just introduced… Lol

Just finished Part 3: The Ill-Made Knight. I LOVE this book! Lots about God in Part 3(!) but not really much Jesus, which makes for some curious (read: suspect) theology that is actually quite thought provoking. Much to say about Lancelot… what a rich character? And Guenever is so tragic, her tale is quite sad so far, at least as melancholy as Lancelot’s. Excited to finish! Here’s hoping for more Gareth in P4!

Just finished a chapter that more or less explains what people mean when they refer to a time/place/administration as “Camelot”. Good stuff.

This book is so good.

Trying to finish this by the end of the year.

Two parts down, two to go! Excellent book but definitely a slow burn at times.

Big battle coming up. Almost done with part two.
