End of Book Three: Something Breathes. That's it. It's locked in. Karsa has become one of my favorite characters. It only took 500 pages from when I disliked him. This quote hits me hard as a new parent too: No matter how brief a child’s life, the love of the parents is a power that should not be denied.

The past few chapters have me getting the vibe this may be my first 5 star rating for Mr. Brian McClellan. I’m enjoying the twists and turns a ton and if he sticks the landing with a satisfying ending it will be my favorite from him so far.
