End of Book Two: Eaters of Diamonds and Gems. This has been entertaining despite not a whole lot happening. It is a pretty bleak book and I fear for the future for my favorite characters. Still not digging the K’Chain Che’Malle sections too much.

Wow, already here, the last book to reread before Wind and Truth. I’m excited to read this as I very much enjoyed it and the ending was a blast. Hard to believe WaT is almost here too!

End of Part One. Interesting book at points but not as fast paced as I was led to believe. Lot of tell not show exposition and I rarely am a fan of books where all the characters are unlikeable jerks. I do like the world building so far and there’s a lot of intrigue. Need a strong final act here though.

Gotta admit, anything not Malazan army has been slow read. Need more Malazan shenanigans!
