Wow… this chapter rocked me and had me in the feels. I can tell the reread is going to be phenomenal… just as good. One chapter left…

End of Part Two. I sure hope this picks up because I’m suffering through the prose still. It’s still early but I’m not convinced I’ll continue the series yet.

Down to the last two chapters, each 100 pages long! I can’t wait for the end, what a ride it has been!

Finished Day One and Interludes. I’m going slower because the three other books I’m reading I need to finish in 2024 haha. Also, I want to savor this last Stormlight Archive. Great catchup section and setting the stage for what promises to be an explosive 10 days.

Man… just awesome who showed up with the Master of the Deck…

End of Book Six: To One in Chains. Wow, what a few chapters… what an end… and speaking of, I am at the final book, the end. So excited to see how this all goes…

End of Part I: The Slave. A couple thoughts:

1. Not sure about the motivations of Eo here, seemed like an odd choice at the end that doesn’t make sense.
2. Not a fan of the prose at all & I’m not a big prose complainer. The dialogue has been solid but anything involving actions feels disjointed and written in the most passive, generic voice I’ve seen. I hope he improves because I can’t take 7 books of this
