Loving the part about special interests. I am making sense of myself.

The part about the author and Chris in band class was painful - namely, the part where Chris missed the sexual implication of the older student’s question and answered literally - because I found myself in that situation many, many times. :(

It still happens to me today. Ppl around me probably think I’m naive, but news flash, I’m autistic whether you think I “look” like it or not.

Just got to the section about autistic folks and theme parks. 😊

I’m only in the Introduction, and I feel seen already.
