This adult fiction title is part Veronica Mars, part Stephanie Plum, part YA novel, and part sitcom There were some rather cheesy moments filled with mirroring the mother and daughter with their love interests to the group hugs that happened so often. There are a lot of far-fetched moments, too. However, I still wanted to find out the conclusion, and so I might be checking out the next one.
