The section on Hyperboreans seems pseudoscientific. He discusses spiritual race politics in chapter 25, which is kind of weird. I’m assuming he got his theories from german indologists.

Its very interesting. I’m hoping to learn about Christian Church economics and apply it to my interest in Hinduism, Vedic Culture, Sanskrit Language, Vegetarianism, Puja, Communities.m, and International Congregations. And this brings in that most needed financial dimension to a spiritual endeavour.

Its great. A great reference book, and it analyses the Sri Vaishnava movement quite well. Analysis on the Sri tradition is propably my favourite area of study, and I think there needs to be more work on it.

Its getting too obscure and linguistic. I’ll probably take a break from reading it now.

Really good. The reviews talk about how its negative, boring and biased. But I find this incredibly enlightening into the aspect of Jung’s life which he didn’t shed insight on through his own insights, and it offers an alternative perspective into his mind, morality, thought from an outsider perspective and an analytical one at that

Interesting.. only because it influenced religious thinkers like Maimonides and Avicenna

I started reading on the 8/8/21.

really good read. much better than Prabhupad's As It Is. Although the latter is very devotional, this one is more wide ranging, references Shankara, Ramanuja, and Madhvacharya. Much more academic and scholarly interpretation of Vedanta, Samkhya, Yoga and & Bhakti.

Interesting read. A lot of academic prose, but i still want to get through this.
