Some standout facts:
* JH is lifted handed but because his father thought being left handed was the sign of the devil, he learned to play guitar both left and right handed.
* JH would restring his right handed guitar so he could play left handed, which means he would play upside down.

Finally renewed my hold! 😅

At the beginning of the year, I selected 10 books that have been on my TBR shelf the longest, and this was one of them. This is such a nice follow up to Black diamond queens so I’m excited to get into it. I truly believe that you read some books at the right time, and this feels like one of those times.
