For the record, I am unhappy with GoodReads apparently not permitting me to share book reviews on Facebook, Signal, Telegram or WhatsApp. This make me distrust the platform so I have exported all my books and, although I will continue to review books here, I have decided to open accounts at LibraryThing and Story Graph to record what I have written and to share from StoryGraph. This is clearly a loss For GoodReads.

Amazon has now acquired GoodReads - http://www.salon.com/2013/03/31/amazo...

I noted some time ago that my reviews were appearing on Amazon but accepted this as a 'deal' to keep GoodReads going and did not object.

However, my reviews are about to become the 'property' of a mega-corporation and I am not sure I like this.
