i’m dnfing. maybe one day i’ll pick this up again (kind of doudt it). i think it’s beautifully written and i will definitely be looking into yanagihara’s other works. but it’s just insanely triggering, not a book you can just get into solely cus you want a “good cry.”

i am currently skipping chapter seven “cut” because i can’t do atm. but from what i read she wrote beautifully and put my thoughts into words.
