This is crazy fascinating. Three generations of each of many families are interviewed about their family history as a group and also individually, so you can see the story change over the generations and how much each interprets the same story so differently. This book sets fire to so many parts of the brain. It is really engrossing. Each chapter tackles a new angle of the evolution of a family's story.
