Status Updates From Internet Marketing: An Hour...

Slow going (because its new). I like Matt's no BS approach to SEO and my slowness reflects more that I'm trying to implement his advice as I go. OMG I've even changed the use of my language/words to accommodate his advice. A must read i feel.

You know i really do need to pull my finger out on this! I'm banging in to Google Adwords & Analytics and really should lock myself away and read this first... :)

I like the authors pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to online marketing, and his insistence to defining business plan objectives upfront, and aligning online marketing efforts to promote the plan - basic 101 marketing (4Ps). An author is a business person (or needs to be) and this book pitches at the fundamentals of online marketing; which we need to bespoke to our business (selling books). Anyway, enjoying it!

Just starting out. I think this is going to be a useful read, and one i can know will have an impact on me and how i go about business. I like the structure of the book and Matt's simple / direct style of communication. Lets see.
