Status Updates From At Swim, Two Boys

I like Anthony MacMurrough. The revelation of who Scrotes was is heartbreaking. I appreciate the aunt’s comment that what one appreciates about tulips is uniformity, preceded by her saying that she is society, and she wants him.

Slow going, but I should have this finished before the month is out.

Same thing: I like the parts with the boys can’t understand half of what the dad is talking about.

Currently hindered by not knowing much about Catholicism.

I was right, the parts with the boys are a bit easier than Jim's dad, but it's still slow going. Keeping in mind I was glad to push through The Time of the Hero last year, and at least this one doesn't yet have multi-page paragraphs.

I am really struggling to understand this so far. I’m hoping it gets easier one it switches to focusing on the boys.
