Have to stop reading for now because the copy of the book I own goes from page 64 to 129, then 129 to 192 and then back to 129 again. So I'm missing a whole chunk of book because of a publishing error. Doesn't help that I was sent this book for review 7 years ago (whoops) and that the publisher went out of business. Have to wait for an interlibrary loan.....
