I know I’m an adult so I’m reading it differently but this is exactly what the other book “Make Believe” talks about!!! Langdon is explaining to kids that some adults are crazy, their perception is not the same as kids. They believe in religion profusely, they believe in violence, they think kids are stupid if they’re not proper. I really really have been loving this book so far.

Not kidding when I say this but full fledged fantasy novels could be based on ideas from this. Georgie is flying! Alone and on the back of a goose! This happens during the night after she falls asleep, but her mother is watching her from the window. What is real? Is this a dream? Does it matter?

I know I will inevitable really connect w this character bc we have the same name, but I love her. Like she doesn’t need friends, her imagination is so big that she has friends anywhere and can make things from anything. This reminds me of the little tree line I had in my backyard and how I pretended it was my house and made up stories and characters to play w
