Everytime I think I have it figured out, Lisa completely blows my mind and puts in extra things that I feel like I have not a clue. I absolutely can't put this book down. Plus, I absolutely love Irene, she's adorable.

Again with the neck. Hairs on the back if the neck. A cool breeze across the neck. Two inches missing from the neck. Also? I don't like anyone in this book.

I don't like the writing, or the characters, to be honest, but the story is good enough to keep me reading.

Not getting into this one so much... I do like the different story telling perspectives though. That's new for her.

Theresa MacLean, forensic specialist, is called to a building being torn down because a body has been uncovered in a small enclosed room lying on a morgue-like table. Trouble is the body has been there for 74 years, the head has been removed and positioned by the feet. Is this a case for the M.E. or is it a leftover autopsy someone forgot to finish? Either way Teresa is expected to find out.

Too slow of a read; putting it down & grabbing another book.

I was so excited to start reading this book based on the description. I love mysteries and the forensic angle is right up my alley. Unfortunately it has been easy for me to put down and forget about for days (the opposite way I want a book to make me feel.) I just can't get into the book or care about the main characters. That said, I plan to finish only to discover the murderer(s).

The story is good so far, but the images of Cleveland are so far off. Everything is not brown & dead on Labor Day, the leaves haven't even started to turn colors--maybe author's been in Florida for too long??
