I’m planning reading the rest of this book later in the year, but I just finished The Sword in the Stone for book club.
Hilarious, whimsical, and rich—I can already see why this holds the place it does in the canon of both fantasy and British literature.
Also, it made me laugh how actually close Disney’s version was to this 😅
