I've just realized that this book might actually be trying something clever, and the smuggler class character might actually be an imperial agent class character. why else would there be so much emphasis put on Ula *not* being a cipher agent when all other POV characters line up with SWTOR starting classes?

This book is astonishingly mediocre. Compelling plot points and interesting scenes are scattered between Thee Most cliche and boring dialog possible. Like of course the Sith Lord thinks he can control a black hole, it's the most mustache twirling arrogant to the point of stupidity evil thing he could do. Very Star Wars.
