Oh my fucking god, no. And hell no. DNF.

I have to be honest, this page made me cry. The griffin so willing to beat the crap out of the sparrow but stopping only because someone else had done it too. Like he couldn't see it was ugly until he heard about the ex. But you know his words are just as brutal as any punch. This story might be a trigger for me...

I am so tired of the hitting!

Let me get this straight... It's okay to beat up a fragile house guest, but not okay for the criminal to get messed with in jail? What kind of moral code is that? I'm not for rape of any kind, but how can you care the one and not the other?

This book is hella violent!

Why do I feel like something is going to blow up badly at this point in their relationship? The have so many things to clear between them that I can't guess where to begin, how it will go and what will be the end. And that's the prove of the author ingenuity - I was totally floored! I've thought I had this story figure out; boy was I so very arrogant and wrong. I'm humbled.

Wow! While the prelude was rather simple (but interesting) the 1st part of the story is fabulous! I'm totally having a good time reading & laughing joyfully at Flit sarcasm & snarkiness. He is really a brave little sparrow. I bet he is very cute (even if at this point Talon has admitted or even realised that yet) *laughing* Oh. I was on the part where Talon walked in to Flit 1st attempt at decorating Talon's space :D
