Again, their newly identified enemy, the Mad Dogs, were quickly beaten. The tyrants somehow didn't have any foresight into how they could be technologically overwhelmed by N.Y. Disappointingly another "bad guy" was quickly defeated before New York took any casualties. Makes everything seem a little too neat.
