Status Updates From Das Wörterbuch der Liebenden

This book is definitely not for everyone. It's way of telling the story about a relationship is quite unique and very atypical. I love it because I love dictionaries and defining words in this unique way, with stories. I also relate to the feelings being expressed.

In the "d" words... Need to move the relationship forward in bigger way. Still enjoying this very unique format or storytelling device ( dictionary definitions ).

I've read only the first entry, and I think I'm really going to like this book...

It was at this point I realised this book will benefit from a second reading.

I didn't think I was enjoying this style overly, but it's the continued references to cheating that is getting slowly expanded over time that pushes forward the story.

Reminds me of how This Is Why We Broke Up was written. But instead of pictures of things for starters, it's dictionary words that lead to a memory.

This is proving to be such a good read! I'm loving the unique way this book was written.

Yeah, girl's an alcoholic, so what? She's also an effing jerk. How in the name of Dumbledore am I supposed to sympathize when all I wanna do is set her on fire? Poor protagonist who had to deal with that load of crap!

David Levithan knows his stuff. Cool format for a love story.
