Status Updates From The Flower Drum Song

This is an easy story to get drawn into. I had to put it aside when another book, from the library, became available. Getting back into it, I've just finished part one, and am left surprised and saddened. Lee brings his characters and the setting to life. I'm looking forward to continuing the read.

My post-graduate studies were on East Asia. Somehow, I never read this! Starting off very well. Lee knows how to tell a story.
