In December on a work trip to a distant city I accidently left my copy of this book in an Uber and didn't catch this error until I had returned home. I ordered a replacement copy, which had to ship from Australia since I couldn't find a reasonably priced copy here in the US. It arrived this week - a pristine copy - much better than the one I lost. Excited to pick this back up today.
