Status Updates From Hold Me Closer, Necromancer...

I must say, there's not a lot of action in this book. I've hit the halfway mark, and it mostly feels like the main character is bouncing from one conversation to another. I gotta talk to this person. Now I'm going to talk to this other person. Then after that, a totally different person. I don't dislike it, but ... yeah.

Very throwback "Buffy" and "Supernatural" vibes. Also, it's set in Seattle.

Read as part of the sampler collection for Modified: Cyborgs, Mutants and Dystopia. Read until chapter 6. Not interesting enough to want to continue reading. I had a hard time finding the characters appealing.
