So glad I decided to reread this series!

On page 53 he does the thing. The "Name is Bond - James Bond".

Definitely prefer John Le Carre to Ian Fleming. Though the Bond films are fun, and we wouldn't have those without the books.

It is fun listening to the book having watched the movie so may times. Fleming does a good job painting the scene and articulating Bond’s inner voice-really adds a lot of depth to a story I’m already familiar with.

Mellifluous. Dan Stevens reading Casino Royale. Not my usual fare but how could I not listen to this? And I’m enjoying the story too.
