SETTING: Magus the Black and his sister, Lachestia were fighting because she accidentally killed an injured soldier. Magus pelted her with bolts of fire, which lit Deadman's forest on fire. "They had fought for 2 terrible days, and at the end of it, Deadman's Forest was left a singed, smoking ruin." (411) Because of the fight, the megaliths held power, and was able to take anyone's powers and knock them unconscious.

GENRE: The genre of my book is fantasy fiction. The book starts out with the protagonist, Mia, who has nightmares involving the Demogorgon. "She'd had another nightmare, the same nightmare, that had haunted her for weeks. It always began with four beautiful maidens being lured belowground by the God Demogorgon." (pg.2) Mia thinks these nightmares are a portrait of her future, and she is scared that mankind is doomed.
