Very good!! Page turner, fast moving but with good detail. A helpful map in the front of the book that can be referenced. Good character development, technology explanation & realistic social/political conflict.

Really enjoying this so far! Definitely similar to the Firefly show as the author mentioned when I bought it.

cellulose bindings, the amorphous regions, the microfibrils. im so dumb idk what to think when i see those words together in one sentence 😭 my a levels bio and chem knowledge are being used for the first time in many years 🥴
