Interesting and engaging mystery overall. Enjoyed the way the story was woven between past and present.

Generally, a good read so far about several generations of independent women, however harboring “family secrets” is just ridiculously stupid. All it ever does is cause misunderstanding and heartache; the opposite of what is intended. It’s frustrating to read through all the melodrama and “fear”.
