this is actually a very useful self-help book but it’s leading me to the conclusion that I actually don’t love too much, I’m just not hating enough

Like all self help books, this one should be taken with a grain of salt. I think that categorizing feelings is a dangerous path to wasting time putting logic behind something that should just simply… be felt. With that being said, I really enjoy the book. The explanation to psychological or biological effects are powerful combined with the anecdotal stories. I don’t love the way she explains her clients…

once again i drunk bought a self-help book on my kindle at 3am. life would be cheaper if i wasn’t so committed to the concept that the best revenge is making the cover of forbes 30 under 30.
