So far it is still good. I especially like the whimsical moments like when they go on a picnic and visit Miss Lavender! I am still trying to figure out what the end of page 152 where Mrs. Allan and Anne are at the graveyard. She says, „Friendship is very beautiful but some day..“. After this is says she let Anne’s future years finish her sentence. This fascinates me and makes me wonder if I will finish it later

I really like the simplicity of it. One thing I’m trying to get used to is that there is not a stable plot line. It’s really teaching me how to enjoy the simplicities of life and the joys that can be found in it.

Re-reading another amazing book!

This is… disappointing. It has hints of the first book esp where descriptions of nature are concerned but is otherwise rife with sexist and misogynistic remarks which are getting increasingly hard to overlook.

This is not the same Anne that we met in Green Gables.
