I love Tolkien...I really do, I'm an avid fan! I've read many of his books.
BUT - the man was obsessed with creating names. SO MANY NAMES.
Every character has between 3-6 names that are used interchangeably throughout the stories. Plus the incessant run-on sentences which meander along for an entire paragraph.
My brain is getting a serious workout trying to track what is happening to whom at any given time haha!
