Some of the tests are ok. A few of them feel specious and lacking in imagination though. I also don’t like his writing style for this book so far. It seems like he can’t tell what he wants this book to be. An apologetic or a devotional or a report.

So far I am quite disappointed in how he primes his audience.
He opens with how reliable eye witness testimony is which science has proven false.
He interviews a theologian who while is certainly eminent in biblical analysis. Is probably not the best to talk on the standard of reliability of manuscript evidence.
He gives solid evidence for the existence of the claims but not the truth value of the claims.
