Status Updates From The House Is on Fire

How the characters are interwoven are done quite well. I'm still not the biggest fan of 4 perspectives like this but it does work. It's heavy & real & history & setting of Richmond & the surrounding areas throughout are captured like I was there.

There's so much going on - 4 different perspectives broken the way it is for this book, I'm not digging it but all surrounding the fire burning. The Richmond setting though, I find lovely as it takes me back in time with the places I'm familiar with.

Sooooooo good. I can’t put it down.

You get a sprinkle of 4 character introductions & then boom the world is on fire.
