I read this book all day long and I'm finished now.
It's honest. I know. I have a son on the autism spectrum, though he's not as "challenged" as the character, David, in this book. Still, I recognize the worries, the awkwardness, the truth in this book.
The mix of narrative prose and comics works.
I'm not sure I agree with those who say the book is funny. Maybe it's just too close to home for me.
