This book is neither here nor there. I'll finish it, but have no true desire to do so.

This was interesting read but left a lot of questions unanswered.

This is slow paced but interesting.

Rose is really close to knowing why what happened to her happened. Really exciting!

A bit disappointed with the story. Finally there was an explanation that made the pieces fit together somewhat. I like a good mystery even when things are left for the reader to interpret, but the story felt disjointed somehow. Maybe to illustrate the dynamics of the family? Also, the story was narrated from one point of view, the daughter who ate everyone else's emotions, yet she felt very flat to me.

started reading at 4, slept a few hours, woke at 10 to continue and already 50% through! i love this book, although it feels so sad.

Book is great! Rose, the main character is trying to figure out what is happening, with her brother's friend, George. Can't wait to read more!

This book is really interesting. It's about this girl who can taste feelings in food. Really good so far.

Once again I had to force myself to stop reading yesterday to avoid finishing off the book in one sitting.

Been wanting to read this for ages as it seems like a really interesting idea for a story. Could have easily sat there and read through the whole book yesterday, bit im trying to savour it.

DEFINITELY reading more Aimee Bender. I thought this book was just subtly surreal enough that it almost seemed believable, like she blurred the lines in the softest way possible. Totally enjoyed it. Would recommend it to anyone.
