Still pretty good and will read more later. Vampire Jane Austen and her human family have been invited to the house of the damned vampires to dine with them. Can they survive? I will find out later on.

I will be starting this later today. This will be my first February read and is perfect for Women in horror month too.

Is there a sequel? I saw someone else ask about that. It would obviously be set in the remaining years with Luke & Jane. I think the book neatly tied-up the ends. So I can't see a very compelling storyline, as everyone has made their choices and we know how the story (unhappily) ends.

Should be noted for the reader there is "A Glossary of the Damned" at the back of the book. May want to read before starting the book.

Ok, I must have forgotten the rules for how vampires can be killed (True Death) in this book. That just seemed to easy, for Jane.

Only took till the end of Ch. 19, over 200 pgs into the book, to finally get the "back-story" that should have been in the first chapter. Geez.

Just can't seem to get into this book. Find myself reading other things instead.
