the original one shot reminds me a lot of vnk more than pandora. i sort of feel like i have to overanalyze it for hints as well bc like everything in this series is a hint

The development here for Echo and Gil is also very good food. We're seeing the former as more than just Vincent's servant, and the latter seems to be more envious of his master's bonds with others as his fear of getting left behind threatens to engulf him.

you know the moment they introduced vincent i knew he was going to be weird. mochizuki seems to have a thing for writing really creepy younger brothers and welp. i knew it was going to be bad. but i do think now it is just straight up incest. ok. cool. yeah.
