This is honestly my new favourite book. It is PERFECT: slow-paced, contemplative, descriptive. The characters feel so familiar, like people you might've met yourself.
As someone who yearns for this amount of nature in daily life, this book is a good remedy. It makes me feel connected to the world in the way walking in the forest used to when I was a kid. I don't want this story to end.

This reads so nostalgic for some reason. I want to live in each page. Physically.
