I liked that - fits well with the ever present presence of the Somnovem within the Nonagon. Could’ve been more of it through the entire book actually, as it’s more subtle. Like there could’ve been entire convos between the Somnovem that you could literally read overlapped with the text

As he is pulled back to life, and there is only a single word on each page, I must’ve accidentally double clicked somewhere and that shit went lighting fast, pulling me with it, barely giving the next word/page time to appear before the next came. Amazing how it felt like rushing to the surface, like: and the light pours-in.
