omg.. this is something me from 3 years ago needed ♡

Honestly this was perfect!! It truly helped me think back and reflect on things (in a healthy way) that I wanted to avoid.

I don't really know what to rate this since it is a self-help book, in my heart I want to say this a new favorite and I will take everything I heard and use it in my daily life when reflecting. Coming out of a slump is hard, but this book truly helps. So I'd recommend it to anyone. ♡

What I really like about this book is that it is an honest expression and self reflection, a collection of thoughts. Sometimes it feels like preaching but I know it's not because the author doesn't sell it as a self help book, rather as a collection of writings that had helped him and may or may not help everyone else. I really like reading this
