A writer who can break all the rules of grammatical convention and hold your attention. There's a reason Cormac MeCarthy gets accolades, the credit is well-deserved. He is polished without the glitter; he makes writing look easy- it's not, and I know it. Some write others breath with their pen, this guy does the latter. I can only hope to garner a few tips from reading the book.
