Status Updates From What the Neighbors Saw

I’m tired of Sam and Alexis at this point. It’s been too much arguing and bickering with this couple and not enough focus on the murdered husband of the other couple 😩

An unfolding engaging mystery but from the moment I heard the alibis I knew who did it I just didn’t know why. It was twisty but maybe lacked some conclusion to threads Introduced. The main characters history goes nowhere, no resolution. Some of it for shock value I think but still solid name entertaining. Even the police officer attraction thing goes nowhere which is a shame, I would say a solid 3.

I was intending to read another book but came across this, keeping me interested and guessing. Nothing too wild or suspenseful, a little twisty in a good way but waiting to see that last bit of pay off. Let’s see what it delivers. Was in a reading slump but glad this one came along with lower stakes. Not a 5 star but good so far.
